Virtual Worship 101 for Small to Mid-Size Faith Communities

While we will cover alternatives, this session will do a deep-dive into Zoom as a platform for doing an online worship service and will discuss both the regular zoom meeting as well as the webinar add-on package. We will look at both presenter and participant views in each and explain common traps as well as pro-tips on how to make your services successful.

In addition to covering online worship, we will discuss other ways to meet the needs of your faith community using online tools – for online social hours, online religious education, board and committee meetings, and more. We will also cover necessary modifications to the format of things such as religious education programming in addition to common operational considerations for online meetings.
